1: Liftgate motor does not start
Causes and Troubleshooting:
1. If the motor runs for a long time and the motor is overheated, it will cause the thermal protection action of the motor. Generally, you wait patiently for about half an hour, and then start it after the motor temperature drops.
2. The fuse may be burnt out. Replace it with a new one.
Fault 2: the door body of the liftgate slides automatically
Causes and Troubleshooting:
1. If the brake pads of the braking system are damaged, replace them with new ones.
2. If the chain is loose, adjust the chain to the appropriate tightness.
Fault 3: the liftgate body makes noise
Causes and Troubleshooting:
1. If the engagement between the chain and the sprocket is too tight or too loose, the tightness of the chain can be adjusted again.
2. If the bearing ball is damaged, replace it with a new bearing.
3. If the fixing parts of the mounting plate are loose, re tighten the nuts of the motor.
4. For the friction between the roller and the track, adjust the track and add lubricating oil.
Fault 4: the steel wire rope is separated from the guide groove
Causes and Troubleshooting:
1. The liftgate body, such as the guide slot, is stuck, but the motor is still moving. After the obstacles need to be cleared, rewind the steel wire rope.
Fault 5: it is difficult to pull the chain manually
Causes and Troubleshooting:
1. When the motor is running, pull the manual chain to block the rotary table. After the chain needs to be removed and straightened out, it can be pulled freely.
Fault 6: liftgate body tilt
Causes and Troubleshooting:
1. Balance the system imbalance and readjust the balanced system.
2. If the steel wire rope is out of groove, just rewind the steel wire rope.
